In our lab, as part of the research line where we are looking for cancer biomarkers, we are developing a project for the establishment of a blood-based liquid biopsy to identify patients suffering from colon polyps or tumors. As a translational laboratory, we aim to bring our research to the patients, and in this line, we strongly believe that this project could be a great innovation opportunity. Confirming this, the Spanish Association of Cancer Researchers (ASEICA) and La Caixa Foundation selected our project for a mentoring session in innovation and tech transfer. It has been an honor and a pleasure. Let’s try to push this project out there!!
